Risal Systems is a family owned and operated web development and software automation agency based in the Atlanta Metro area. We specialize in helping small businesses get a professional, enterprise-level online presence without the big agency price tag. We serve clients locally and worldwide.
We're based in the Atlanta Metro area but work with clients anywhere in the world. Most of our work is done remotely, so location is never a barrier.
We're a small, client-focused team that genuinely cares about your success. You're never just a ticket number with us. We take time to understand your business before we start building, and we focus on solutions that actually move the needle for small businesses — not cookie-cutter templates.

Services & Scope
It depends on the tier. Our Starter site is delivered in 2 weeks, Foundation sites take 2-3 weeks, Growth sites 3-4 weeks, and Premium sites 4-5 weeks, assuming content and feedback arrive on schedule. eCommerce sites and custom projects may take longer depending on scope. Both. We can build you a brand new site from scratch or improve, repair, and update an existing one. We also offer standalone SEO audits and improvements on sites we didn't originally build.
Mainly your time and input. We'll need to understand your business, your goals, and who your customers are. You can provide the text and images for your site, or we can handle content creation for an additional fee. The more you can tell us about your business upfront, the better the result.
Either works. You're welcome to provide your own text — you know your business best. If writing isn't your thing, we can handle it for an additional fee. We'll discuss this during the planning phase.
We build custom websites tailored to your needs rather than locking you into one platform. During your discovery call we'll recommend the best approach based on your goals, budget, and long term plans.
You have two options. You can host on your own accounts, which we help you set up so you're never left figuring it out alone, or you can choose our managed hosting for $35 a month, where we deploy your site and every update, monitor it, fix anything that breaks, and include up to 30 minutes a month of small edits. Pricing & Process
Our pricing is based on the scope and complexity of each project. We provide estimates upfront, but every project has its own requirements that can affect the final cost. Our flat-rate Starter site is $950, a one-page site delivered in 2 weeks with no discovery call needed. Foundation sites start at $3,000, and larger Growth and Premium builds scale up from there. eCommerce sites start at $3,500, though the price can be lower or higher depending on the complexity of the project. Business automation projects start around $1,000. SEO services are available as a standalone offering or added to any project. Managed hosting is $35 a month and covers deployment, monitoring, fixes and small edits. Beyond that, we offer custom-quoted monthly retainers for both post-launch technical support and ongoing SEO/AEO growth. Because the needs for each site and the marketing strategies used vary from implementation to implementation, we discuss your goals and provide a custom pricing proposal tailored specifically to your business.
Our prices reflect the quality and care we put into every project. That said, we're a small business too and we understand budgets are real. If our standard pricing isn't quite right for your situation, let's talk — we'd rather find a creative solution than lose a great client relationship.
Discovery calls typically run about an hour and are really just a conversation to help us understand your business and vision. To get the most out of it, it helps to come prepared with a few things in mind.
We'll talk through who your ideal customer is and what experience you want them to have on your site. We'll discuss colors, branding, and overall visual direction — if you don't have a preference we can suggest a palette. We'll also ask about content: do you have photos, videos, or written copy ready to use? Do you have reviews or social media links you'd like included?
On the practical side we'll discuss pricing comfort, timeline expectations, and how much information you want publicly visible on the site — like prices or service details. It helps to come with a few examples of websites you love and hate. If you're writing your own content let us know, or we can handle it for an additional fee.
By the end of the call you'll leave with a fixed project quote and a timeline for your first check-in. No pressure, no surprises — just a clear picture of what working together looks like.
Post-Launch
Launch day is just the beginning. We do a thorough review before handing anything over to make sure everything works as expected. Every site includes 30 days of post-launch support (2 hours of changes on Starter, 5 hours on Foundation, Growth and Premium) and a free 90-day growth review. After that you can self-host, or choose managed hosting for $35 a month, and larger ongoing work is covered by a custom-quoted monthly retainer. You do — completely. Once the project is paid in full, you own all the code, content, and assets. We believe you should have full control over something as important as your online presence.
Changes within your 30-day support window use the hours included with your site. After that, managed hosting includes up to 30 minutes a month of small edits. For active content updates, marketing campaigns, or ongoing SEO growth, we offer custom-quoted monthly retainers tailored to your goals. Larger updates, new features, or additional pages are quoted separately at a fair rate. We'll always tell you the cost before we start any work — nothing surprising.
Yes. If your site has a content management system or any tools you'll be managing yourself, we walk you through everything before we hand it over. You won't be left staring at a dashboard wondering what to do. For more complex projects, we can also provide README and user guide documentation so you always have a reference on hand.
